Voyages is Jessica's second poetry collection. Influenced by speculative writing, it is a collection that follows the Earth and its inhabitants through various stages of transformation. Time, people, stories and places continuously evolve and morph, taking new forms. Science turns into dreams, then into a themed party at the apocalypse. Love turns into grief, then it turns people into salt. Humans, angels, animals are all made and unmade.
This poems in this collection combines portraits of the afterlife, idyllic realities, even ones fragmented at the seams, and lucid visions of the future.

A message from the writer
The temptation to over-describe yourself is unavoidable; like the temptation to over-write, overthink, over-produce in this age where we're all fighting for a slice of attention in this busy world.
To keep things short: I am a writer and this is my space where I leave my online clutter for public viewing. I love writing knife-sharp poetry, messy essays about art and the world & stacking up my feelings inside ink-thick journal pages.
